cancellation policy: due to the intimate size of b spa, cancellations affect us significantly. consequently we ask that all cancellations be made no less than 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. appointments cancelled after that time will be charged the base price of the services scheduled. we will make every attempt to re-book your time. If we are able to fill that time slot the charge shall be waived. thank you. we accept all major credit cards.
